Our story
From a villa in Galati to two restaurants
In 2010, through a European funding programme, we started building a tourist villa right in the financial heart of Galati.
In early 2016 we opened the ground-floor restaurant, a special culinary experience in an intimate 50-seat space. As the restaurant grew, we decided to explore new horizons: through another European funding programme we built the panoramic restaurant on floor 4 of the Bordeaux hotel.
In spring 2021 we rebranded the restaurant and gave it its own identity as Restaurant Stage, launching the Nice Dining concept: a perfect synthesis of delicious dishes, spectacular plating and generous portions. In summer 2022 we opened the seasonal terrace, and in 2022 we were awarded the Golden Review by Google.
